Unlike traditional property managers, we do not manage tenants or generate rental income for owners. Instead, we offer a range of pro-active services under a 12-month service and lease agreement:

Owners report losses (not income), and contracts are managed within a series LLC, each engagement tied to its own entity and trust account.
